A busy week in Papdale Nursery

 
 
 
We have been keeping things as normal as possible in Nursery this week making as few changes to daily nursery life as we could.
 
 As you can see from the photos the children have had a fun week.
We have been - problem solving, being creative, sharing, turn-taking, and getting lots of exercise and fresh air .
 





 

 















 Outside- We have been planting and going on Easter egg hunts










 



















 
 
While we are closed we would like to keep in touch with yourselves and the children through our Facebook page which is

Miss Easton has added a video to the Facebook page this morning and we will be adding more videos in the near future.
 
 
We had hoped to also use the blog to share videos but unfortunately at the moment we are unable to use the blog to share videos due to limits in upload space.

There's no such thing as bad weather - only the wrong clothes. But here at Papdale we are prepared for all weathers! Fun Outdoors

We have been really lucky to have lots of bonnie weather since Nursery closed. You have certainly been making the most of it and have been spending lots of time outside. Just like the indoors photos we can see so much learning going on. It might be 'just playing' to the children but they are learning so much from siblings and parents. Nature A farmers work is never done. How many sheep can you see? Hold on tight Searching for tadpoles Out and about Donating birthday party eggs to the hardworking ambulance workers. It's time to play

We have really enjoyed keeping in touch with our families over the phone and with emails during lock-down. As time has gone on we asked parents if they could ask their children what they have liked or disliked about lock-down. Some of the boys and lasses drew pictures to share their ideas.  A lot of you have said you miss coming to Nursery, and we miss seeing you all too.  Lots of boys, girls, and mums and dads have said they have enjoyed being able to spend more time together. We can see that you are having fun spending time with your families, and are so busy with lots of different activities.
