This week started off with a trip to 'Daddy's Butchers' to get 'sausages to cook on the fire pit' Beautiful stuff - We have been tipping out and exploring the treasures we have been taking in. Bubbles, Bubbles, Bubbles... 'Look, bubble mixture made soap, white bubbly hands.' 'It tastes yuck!' 'It's slimy.' 'It's flying up there.' The children have been exploring the bubbles. 'Pop them! It burst.' Pancake Day! 'It's delicious' 'This is the best day!' Lots of measuring and block building. In the sand and water tray there has been lots filling and pouring this week. We are learning about capacity and volume, estimating on how much can fit in, mathematical terminology - full/empty, less/more,comparing
