Welcome back to Papdale Nursery

  Welcome Back We were really excited to welcome our children and families back to Nursery last week. We have really missed having children in the Nursery so it was great to finally be able to hear children's voices and laughter. We have enjoyed watching the children settle into our new temporary setting.  The children have coped and adapted really well coming back after such a long spell at home and we have seen lots of smiles from everyone.

A Busy Nursery

    Planning Wall   Block Play   This week the children have been building structures that they have been jumping from. This involves working co-operatively with others, and assessing risk to see if it feels safe to jump. We are noticing how well the children are turn taking when it's busy, and waiting to help keep each other safe.        Some of the Kettlings have been sharing their experiences of airports and planes at group times. They planned what would be needed to build a plane, before being challenged to build their plane in the block area. As you can see the plane was busy, we even went to the moon to put out a fire.
